Waguma Life Reach Uganda (WLRU) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities across Uganda. Guided by our vision of building empowered, healthy, and self-reliant communities, we work to ensure that every individual—especially young people—can thrive with dignity and equal access to opportunities.
Our mission is to transform lives through medical outreach, youth empowerment, Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) education, humanitarian support, and strategic partnerships that promote health, social justice, and sustainable development.
Over the years, we have remained committed to providing essential services such as healthcare, education, and economic empowerment, while addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality. Our work is driven by a passionate team dedicated to creating lasting impact and meaningful change.
We strongly believe in the power of community and collaboration, working closely with local partners to deliver culturally relevant and effective programs. Through unity and shared purpose, we continue to bring healing, hope, and humanity to the communities we serve.

Mpigi Medical Camp: Screening & Support
On November 2, 2025, Waguma Life Outreach UG and Elsa Africa hosted a medical camp in Nakilebe, Mpigi. Community members received free screening for TB, sickle cell, malaria, dental, and cancer — plus essential items including clothes, school fees, shelter, soap, and Maam Kits.
Our outreach events are more than medical camps — they are platforms for mentorship and youth empowerment. Volunteers engage with local children, distributing educational materials and inspiring a culture of giving. Through collaboration with the Ministry of Health, we build a healthier Uganda.
